If you wish to file a complaint
If you have received a written response from DSB and you are not satisfied with the decision, you can contact the Customer Ambassador.
If you are complaining on behalf of a person who is over 18 years of age, or a person for whom you are not a guardian, we must have a signed power of attorney.
If you have not previously complained to DSB about the matter, you must contact DSB's Customer Center first.
